Recieved rank of Shodan  April 2005  in Shorin Ryu

Recieved rank of Nidan  July 2007 in Shorin Ryu by Sensei Quoi Wong of Toronto

Medal Winner in many tournaments

Placed third in the Mid Canada Tournament circuit 2006

Grand Champion 2007 in Traditional Karate Women's division

Began the study of Shotokan Karate December 2007 Thunder Bay Karate School
Present Recording Secretary on the Thunder Bay Martial Arts Council Board of Directors
